Vehicles
Vehicles lists the fleet: make, model, plate, status, tracker and driver. The Division filter shows one division and everything under it, or the vehicles in no division.
Add a vehicle
Add a vehicle → make, model, year, type, fuel, registration country, plate, VIN → Add vehicle.
Saudi plates
A Saudi plate carries the registration twice: in Arabic letters and digits, and in Latin letters. Enter it either way, as on the plate. ١٢٣٤ أ ب ح, ABJ 1234 and 1234-abj are the same vehicle, so a fine or toll matches it however the authority wrote the plate.
The 17 plate letters: أ A, ب B, ح J, د D, ر R, س S, ص X, ط T, ع E, ق G, ك K, ل L, م Z, ن N, هـ H, و U, ى V.
A vehicle's page
- Last 24 hours: the track, fix by fix in time order, with speed and ignition.
- Its driver, odometer, VIN and division (Move to a division).
- The tracker card: the devices fitted, Fit a tracker, and Track with drivers' phones. See Devices and trackers.
- The tyre panel: each wheel position and its pressure. See Tyres.
- Remote commands: locate, immobilise and others. See Remote commands.
- Video: live cameras and recordings, when a video recorder is fitted. See Video.
- Fuel tank, when the tank is measured. See Fuel.
- Status history: every change of status, with who made it and why.
Service mode
Put a vehicle in the workshop without false alarms.
- The vehicle → Service mode → a justification, for example Brake pads at the Sulay workshop → Service mode.
- It is in maintenance: still tracked, but its speeding, idling, geofence, low-voltage, driver-safety and offline alerts are not raised.
- Back to normal → a justification, for example Pads replaced, road-tested. Its alerts are judged again.
A whole division goes into service mode and back the same way: Divisions. The Vehicle mode report lists every change; see Reports.
Decommission and return to service
- Decommission → Take out of service → a reason. The change is kept in Status history.
- Return to service brings it back.
A viewer sees the list, but no Add a vehicle or status actions.
