Documents

Documents holds the papers a fleet must keep valid, with their scans:

  • Vehicles: registration (Istimara, Mulkiya), insurance, road permits, inspection certificates.
  • Drivers: driving licences, medical certificates, residence permits (Iqama), passports.

Add a document​

Add a document → a vehicle or a driver, the kind, number, issuer, expiry, and a scan → Add.

  • Scans are PDF, PNG or JPEG, up to 5 MB. A file that is not what it claims to be is refused.
  • File names may be in Arabic.
  • A Saudi organisation enters the expiry in either calendar: Expires on → Hijri (Umm al-Qura) → day, month, year. The Gregorian date shows under it; the list shows both. See Languages and theme.

Expiry and renewal​

  • A reminder alert opens before a document expires (for example 5 days before, high).
  • An expired document is an open alert; an expired licence is critical on the driver.
  • Renew → the new expiry. The reminder alert resolves.
  • The Expired filter shows only expired documents.
  • The Scan column: the file's name opens the scan in a new tab.

In the apps​

  • Manager app → Overview → Documents to renew.
  • Driver app → Today → Documents need attention; My documents lists the driver's own and their truck's, with Show the scan.
