Roles

Each member of an organisation has one role. The owner sets it in Team; see Team.

What each role can do

Owner

An owner can do everything, including billing, the organisation's owners and its settings.

Admin

An admin can do everything an owner can, except change billing or the owners.

Fleet manager

A fleet manager runs the fleet: vehicles, drivers, trackers, alerts, maintenance, fuel, dispatch, tolls, docks, yard and the marketplace. A fleet manager has no payroll, billing or team.

Dispatcher

A dispatcher runs the day's work: jobs and their stops, the live map, alerts, docks, yard, customs, the freight marketplace and proof of delivery. A dispatcher watches live video and asks for remote commands, such as an engine cut, which another person approves. A dispatcher has no payroll, billing, team or e-invoicing page.

Mechanic

A mechanic works maintenance and tyres, and can read the rest of the fleet.

Viewer

A viewer reads the fleet and changes nothing.

Driver

A driver uses the driver app only: today, jobs, proof of delivery, hours, inspections, documents, pay and privacy.

Partners and resellers sign in to the partner app, partner web and Brand Studio. ZAITRACK's own staff work in a staff console; each change they make is in your audit log.
