Customers

A partner or reseller runs its own customers on ZAITRACK. The tree is ZAITRACK → partner → reseller → customer; each sees only what is under it.

Onboard a customer​

Partner app or partner web → Onboard a customer:

  1. Company name; the short name follows it.
  2. The first owner's e-mail and name.
  3. Onboard: the organisation is set up, and its owner receives the invitation by e-mail.

The customer's owner then invites their own team in the console; see Team. Once onboarded, a partner cannot give a customer more owners.

Suspend and resume​

A customer → Reason for suspending → Suspend (asked first) → later Resume. A partner cannot suspend itself. Each change is in the customer's audit log.

What a partner sees​

  • The customers under it, never another partner's.
  • Each customer's details and the brand its people see.
