Team

Team lists the organisation's members: name, e-mail, role, status, last sign-in.

Invite someone​

  1. Invite someone → e-mail, name, role → Send invitation.
  2. They receive You're invited to … on ZAITRACK with a link and a code, and choose a password. See Sign in.

Owners and admins invite. A viewer is not offered Invite someone.

Change a member​

  • Change a member's role. See Roles.
  • Resend an invitation.
  • Remove a member.

The last owner cannot be demoted. A member never holds more than their role grants.

API keys​

Team → API keys → New API key → a label, scopes, valid for N days → Create key. The secret is shown once: Copy this key now — it will not be shown again. The list never shows it again.

  • A key cannot carry a scope its creator does not hold: you cannot grant scopes you do not hold.
  • Rotate: a new secret, shown once. The old key reads rotated and keeps working until its grace period ends.
  • Revoke: the key stops at once.

Only the owner creates, rotates and revokes keys; admins see them. Developer Studio does the same, with test keys and sandboxes; see For developers.
