The driver app

The driver app is a phone app for drivers. Sign in with the e-mail and password from your invitation; see Sign in. It shows only your own work: your truck, your jobs, your pay.

Today​

  • Your truck, and whether it is safe to drive.
  • Your duty status and time left to drive.
  • The next stop of your job.
  • Where am I? → Find my address: the address at your position, in your language.
  • Fuel and rest → Near me: diesel, fuel, rest areas and weighbridges within 20 km, nearest first → Navigate.
  • Inspect my truck: see Inspections below.
  • Documents need attention when one is due or expired.
  • Are you OK? when your truck reports an impact: I crashed — report it or False alarm.
  • Phone tracking, when your fleet asks to track the truck with your phone; see below.

Jobs​

Jobs → a job: its stops, contacts and items.

  1. At the stop → I've arrived.
  2. Proof of delivery: each item's condition, the receiver's name, a signature drawn on the screen → Submit proof of delivery. Or Record refusal.
  3. An e-CMR consignment note on the job: the sender signs with you at loading (your reservations kept), the consignee at delivery.

A job whose customer is notified says so: The customer gets updates: on its way, about 30 minutes before you arrive, and when it is delivered.

Hours​

Hours: your clocks and duty status. Change your status here. Tachograph: your card, the next download due, any infringement explained, a copy of your card file.

Inspections​

Today → Inspect my truck → Before the trip → each item OK or Defect (how bad, what is wrong) → Sign and submit. A critical defect takes the truck off the road until the workshop clears it.

Documents​

My documents: your licence and other papers, and your truck's registration, with their expiry → Show the scan. In Saudi Arabic each expiry shows its Hijri date too.

Pay​

My pay:

  • this month so far and last month's statement → Dispute a line;
  • My end-of-service gratuity: accrued to today under the labour law of your country of employment, or your settlement;
  • My traffic fines: your black points over 12 months against the licence-suspension threshold (Your licence is at risk: drive with care.), and each fine: who pays, and what was deducted from which pay;
  • My leave: annual leave left, this sick year's days by pay, your recent leave.

Account​

  • Language and Theme, kept on the phone.
  • Privacy choices (also My privacy): each notice your fleet published → I agree, No, thanks, or Withdraw my consent. My record: your decisions, each sealed with the one before. See Privacy.
  • Insurance: Share my score or Stop sharing with your fleet's insurer. Only you decide.

Phone tracking​

When your fleet asks: Today → Phone tracking → Read and decide → I agree → Share my location. Sharing status shows Last sent: …. Your phone is tracked only while you are on a job. Pause sharing at any time, or withdraw your consent.

Without a connection​

Actions taken offline wait on the phone (1 action waiting for a connection) and are sent once back online, each once.

Languages​

English, العربية (also as written in each GCC country and Egypt), اردو, हिन्दी, മലയാളം, বাংলা. The app starts in the phone's language. See Languages and theme.

What you send stays the fleet's: an inspection item is recorded under the workshop's name, statuses as codes.
