Payroll
Payroll pays drivers from what the platform recorded: distance, driving hours, stops, days on the road. It is the owner's and admins'. Fleet managers and dispatchers have no Payroll page.
Pay periods
Pay period: this month accruing live, per driver; last month closed, approved and exported.
- A closed statement is frozen and hashed. The export (CSV) carries each statement's hash.
- The open month cannot close.
Pay plans
Pay plans → Add plan or Edit: currency, base, per km, per driving hour, per stop, per day on the road, safety bonus, minimum per hour.
Rates take the currency's decimals: KWD, BHD and OMR three (base 1.250, per km 0.015), SAR and AED two.
Overtime under the labour law
Overtime under the labour law of a GCC country: hours beyond the law's normal hours, from the driving-hours log per local day and week, are overtime at the law's premium on the driver's wage. The hourly wage is the monthly wage / 30 / 8. The plan pays in that country's currency; a UAE plan in SAR is refused.

Enter Ramadan, first day and last day each year, as announced. Qatar's, Bahrain's and Oman's night premiums are not applied.
A flagged statement is reviewed before approval. A plan without a law keeps its own overtime: hours beyond a weekly threshold at a set rate.
Public holidays
A plan under a GCC law carries the year's public holidays. Public holidays → Suggest (for example Suggest 2026) fills the year from the calendar, one YYYY-MM-DD Name a line; edit them to the announcement → Save.
- Saudi Arabia (Art. 107): every hour worked on a holiday is overtime.
- UAE (Decree-Law 33/2021 Art. 28): a holiday worked earns 50 % of the basic daily wage on top, as a line on the statement. An employer that gives a substitute day leaves the holiday off the plan.
Suggested dates: Saudi Arabia's Founding Day (22 February) and National Day (23 September); the UAE's New Year, Commemoration Day and National Day (1–3 December); the Eids, Arafat Day, the Islamic New Year and the Prophet's Birthday from the Umm al-Qura calendar. Moon sighting and each year's announcement decide the final dates. Holiday premiums are applied for Saudi Arabia and the UAE only.
Statements
Statements → a driver → Lines: base, distance, hours, days, overtime with the article it follows, holiday premiums, leave deductions, traffic fines recovered, corrections.
Disputes
Drivers dispute a line in the driver app (Pay → Dispute a line). Disputes → Resolve the dispute, with a correction if due; it appears on this month's statement.
