Sign in

Every person is invited by e-mail. There is no public sign-up.

Accept an invitation​

  1. Open the e-mail You're invited to … on ZAITRACK. It holds a link and a code.
  2. Open the link → Set up your account → enter the code if asked.
  3. Choose a password → you are signed in.

Who invites whom:

  • ZAITRACK or your partner invites an organisation's first owner.
  • The owner, or an admin, invites everyone else from Team. See Team.

Sign in to the console​

  1. Open the console → Sign in.
  2. Enter your e-mail and password → Sign in with password.
  3. The console opens with the menu for your role.

The phone apps and the studios use the same sign-in page and the same password. In a phone app, Sign in opens the page; you return to the app once signed in.

Your account​

Your account shows your name, e-mail, role and last sign-in. Permissions lists exactly what your role grants. How we work shows the organisation's country, currency, time zone and weekend.

Sign out​

Account menu → Sign out. The session ends in the console and at the sign-in service. The next sign-in asks for your password again.

When sign-in is refused​

  • A member the owner has removed or disabled is refused.
  • A person with no organisation is refused.
  • An app for another role says so, for example Not for this account when a fleet's owner opens a ZAITRACK staff app.
