Divisions

Divisions group an organisation's own vehicles and drivers: regions, branches, depots. They are not separate organisations: owners and fleet managers still see the whole fleet.

Organisation → Divisions: the tree, for example Central Region → Riyadh branch → Al-Kharj depot, with how many vehicles and drivers each holds. A region counts its branches' too.

Shape the tree​

The owner shapes it; every member sees it.

  • Add division (top level), or a division → Add under it. Three levels at most.
  • Rename.
  • Close division: refused while divisions under it are open. Its vehicles and drivers go back to the organisation.

Move vehicles and drivers​

  • A division → Add vehicles / Add drivers → tick several → Move. Retired vehicles and terminated drivers are not offered.
  • Each row's Move sends it to another division, or back to the organisation.
  • On Vehicles and Drivers, a record's drawer → Move to a division.

Whoever may change vehicles or drivers moves them. The Division filter on Vehicles and Drivers shows All divisions, Organisation (no division), or a division and everything under it.

Service mode for a division​

A division → Service mode or Back to normal, with one justification: every vehicle in it changes, each on its own. Those already in that mode are counted, not changed. See Vehicles.
