The reports
| Report | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Trips | each trip: vehicle, driver, distance, duration, top speed |
| Utilization | per vehicle, with a summary sheet |
| Alerts | the alerts of the period |
| Geofence visits | each visit with its dwell time |
| Fuel purchases | each purchase with its checks, totals in each currency |
| Driver performance | per driver and day, with a total per driver: trips, distance, driving time, top speed, speeding and harsh events, idling, days driven and not driven |
| Violation summary | per vehicle and day: harsh acceleration, braking, cornering and speeding from the trips; speeding, idling, geofence, camera and possible-crash alerts |
| Vehicle event history | every position (driving, idling, stopped, ignition off) and every alert, in order per vehicle, with a map link |
| Location stays | each time a vehicle was within a radius (0.05 to 50 km) of a point: arrived, left, how long, how close |
| Secure trips | each trip planned to leave in the period: route, vehicle, seal, planned and actual times with minutes late, times off route, unauthorized stops, the seal at the end, the fee and the provider's share; a summary per currency |
| Vehicle mode | every change into and out of service mode, with its justification and who made it; time in service per vehicle |
- Days follow the time zone the report is run in (Asia/Riyadh, Asia/Dubai…).
- Trips without an identified driver are grouped as such.
- A vehicle event history with more positions than can be returned says so: narrow the period.
