Customs and e-CMR

Declarations

Customs → Declarations:

  1. New declaration → regime, consignor, consignee, route, goods (HS code, packages, value) → Create draft.
  2. The parties are screened against sanctions lists. A clean declaration can go on.
  3. Hand to the broker → Record MRN once the broker has lodged it.
  4. The timeline follows it to release.

A declaration whose party is on a sanctions list, or on your own denied-party list, is held until compliance decides. When a list adds a party mid-shipment, open declarations are screened again: a critical alert is raised and the release is stopped.

The timeline and screening decisions cannot be changed.

Audit pack

A declaration → Audit pack: a ZIP whose manifest is sealed by the platform and lists every file's SHA-256: the declarations with their timelines, screening runs and decisions, the e-CMR with its seals, the trailer's seal events.

Compliance

The owner → Compliance:

  • Hits to decide → Decide: confirm the block (the declaration is rejected) or release it as a different party. The reason is kept.
  • Our denied parties: your own list.
  • Screening policy.

A fleet manager cannot decide.

e-CMR

e-CMR → New e-CMR → sender, consignee, places, goods (dangerous goods: UN number, ADR class) → Create draft → Issue: the note is sealed.

In the driver app, Jobs → e-CMR …:

  1. At loading, the sender signs with the driver; the driver's reservations are kept.
  2. At delivery, the consignee signs.

Three seals, chained, each with the phone's position. Only the driver it was made for sees it.
