Customer notices and tracking pages

What the customer receives

For a stop with Notify the customer on, its contact gets an e-mail and an SMS:

  1. On its way, with Follow it live, the tracking link.
  2. Arriving, about 30 minutes before.
  3. Delivered (Received by …) or not delivered.

Notices are in English and Arabic. A back-office stop with no contact gets none.

The driver's app says so on the job: The customer gets updates: on its way, about 30 minutes before you arrive, and when it is delivered.

What the dispatcher sees

Dispatch → a job → Customer notices: each notice, by e-mail and SMS, with its status, and the link to the tracking page.

The tracking pages

Both open with no sign-in, in the reader's language.
