Cargo security

Operations → Secure trips watches high-value or sealed cargo on a planned road: off route, unauthorized stops, tracking lost, overdue, a seal opened or broken.

Routes

Secure trips → Routes → Add route:

  1. A name. Origin and Destination: a saved place, or an address. Each place's radius is how close counts as there.
  2. Add via point to shape the road (for example through Khurais on the way to Dammam).
  3. Add allowed stop for rest areas and checkpoints where the truck may stand:
    • Halt min: how long it may stand there (0: as long as it needs). Longer is an Unauthorized stop naming the stop, for example Stopped 31 min at Khurais rest area (allowed 30).
    • The seal may be opened here: a customs check or part delivery.
  4. Preview road: the truck's road on the map with its distance and driving time.
  5. The rules:
    • Corridor m: how far from the road counts as off route (500 m by default).
    • Longest stop min: a stop longer than this outside the allowed places is reported (15 min by default).
    • Expected time: the road planner's when left empty.
    • Trip fee in the organisation's currency, and Provider's share % for a subcontracted carrier or seal operator.
  6. Save route.

A route → Edit route, Clone (the same road, places and rules under a new name: the night run, the return leg), Archive (refused while a trip on it is planned or running), Restore.

A trip keeps the route, and the fee, as they were when it was planned.

Plan a trip

On a route → Plan trip: the vehicle, the driver, the trailer (its e-seal's serial filled in), the customs declaration or consignment note, the departure, a grace in minutes. Due = departure + the route's time + grace.

Offline after (min): no position for this long is Tracking lost for this trip (2 to 1440; empty keeps the platform's default).

Watch it

Live lists trips planned, under way, or arrived and waiting to be closed, with Off route, Overdue, Tracking lost, Seal broken as they happen. The figures above count them.

A trip's timeline: planned, started (on leaving the origin), off route by how far, back on route, unauthorized stop, tracking lost and restored, overdue, seal opened, seal tampered, arrived. Departure and arrival say how many minutes early or late they were.

  • A trip whose trailer seal is open cannot be started by hand until it is armed again. Driving out of the origin with it open is Left unsealed (critical).
  • A seal opened before departure, at the destination, or at an allowed stop marked for it is on the timeline as Seal opened. Anywhere else it is an Unauthorized unlock (critical).

Start a planned trip by hand; Cancel trip with a reason.

Close it

Arrived → Close trip → the seal Intact or Broken, a note. A broken seal is a critical alert.

Alerts

Alert rules → New rule → Secure trip at a severity: every trip event at or above it is an alert on the vehicle, for example Secure trips: Riyadh to Dammam port (…): Off the route by 3050 m (corridor 500 m). Below it (an overdue trip is medium) the event stays on the timeline.

Share a trip

A trip → Share → For 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days → Make link. The link is shown once: Copy it into the e-mail or WhatsApp to the consignee, the customs broker or the shipper. Making another replaces it. Withdraw link stops it at once.

The link opens with no sign-in, in your brand: the trip's reference and route, the planned and actual departure, due and arrival, the seal at the end, the truck's position rounded to about 100 m while on the road, and its progress. Alarms, people and vehicles are not shown. It refreshes every 30 seconds.

The report

Reports → Secure trips: each trip planned to leave in the period, with delays, times off route, unauthorized stops, the seal at the end, the fee and the provider's share. See Reports.
