Scores
Driver safety:
- Fleet score and Drivers scored;
- Drivers (worst first): each driver's score and tier from their trips' harsh braking, acceleration and cornering over the distance driven;
- Score components;
- Trips without a driver: trips no driver can be scored for.
A score may be marked provisional.
Insurer programmes
The owner → Driver safety → Insurer programmes → Add programme → insurer, endpoint (HTTPS), policy reference. The signing secret is shown once.
- Each month a programme receives the score of each driver who agreed, signed, score only: no trips, no places, no events.
- The programme shows its drivers' consent and the months shared. Sharing a month again sends nothing new.
- Only the driver decides: driver app → Account → Insurance → Share my score or Stop sharing. A fleet manager cannot share scores; an owner cannot decide for the driver.
Crashes
A tracker that reports an impact opens a possible crash for the vehicle and its driver, and a critical alert and e-mail.
- The driver is asked first: driver app → Today → Are you OK? Your truck reported an impact at … → I crashed — report it or False alarm.
- Once confirmed, the first notice of loss goes to the insurer, signed, with the telemetry, the vehicle and the driver.
- Driver safety → Possible crashes: each incident, the driver's answer, the notice sent and its manifest.
