Billing

Billing is for owners and admins; changes are the owner's.

  • Plan: its base fee a month and its price per active vehicle, for example Fleet Pro: SAR 500.00 a month plus SAR 45.00 per active vehicle.
  • This period: the active vehicles counted, and the VAT (for example KSA VAT 15 %).
  • Invoices: each invoice with its state and due date. Invoices are also e-mailed to the billing address.

Change plan → a plan → Switch.

Overdue invoices are chased by reminders. Plans and their prices are set by ZAITRACK. An invoice paid by bank transfer is recorded by ZAITRACK's staff.
